Objective: Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) is a kind of external preparation widely used in skin burn. We found that MEBO can also promote the healing of diabetes mellitus in silkworm feet. In order to further understand the mechanism of MEBO promoting skin healing, lable-free quantitative proteomics analysis is used to detect differential protein between MEBO groups and blank groups.
