摘要：In this thesis a new compound was used in local burn management for the first timein Egypt. This is Moist Exposed Burn Ointment （MEBO） as a new method of burn theapy designedaccording to traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical science. The study included 20 patientswith acute second degree burns （superficial to deep） in different kinds of burn injuries and in differentareas of the body. The extent of burn varied from 2 ~ 13 % TBSA and there is no age or sex selection.There was no debridement of the burn wounds, and the MEBO was applied on the wounds directly.The thickness of the MEBO layer was about 1 mm applied every 8~ 12 hours. The results indicatedthat the MEBO/MEBT （Moist Exposed Burn Treatment） has a good analgesic effect, short healingtime, good recovery of appearance and good function. Ail patients did not reveal any sign of local orsystemic infection. No scar formation and no side effect were observed. The MEBOMEBT is easy touse, does not nned any instrument, and can be used in teh house. Moreover, add advantage is the un-necessary of using analgesic or antibiotics, or even disinfectants and antiseptics. We did not use anydrugs （analgesic or antibiotics, disinfectants or antiseptics）.

摘要：目的观察不同厚度的湿润烧伤膏外用于浅Ⅱ度烫伤创面的疗效。方法将90例浅Ⅱ度烧烫伤患者按随机数字表法分成A、B、C三组,每组均按常规烧烫伤创面清创后,涂抹湿润烧伤膏,采用MEBT（湿润暴露疗法）,A组涂抹厚度<2mm,B组涂抹厚度在2～5mm之间,C组涂抹厚度约5mm1cm,观察并记录创面愈合时间、创面分泌物的消失时间。结果各组间相互比较发现,总有效率:B组、C组总有效率明显高于A组;伤口愈合时间及分泌物渗出消失时间:A组>C组>B组。结论外用湿润烧伤膏最佳厚度在2～5mm之间,当外用湿润烧伤膏厚度<5mm时,疗效与厚度存在正相关关系,当外用湿润烧伤膏厚度>5.0mm后,其疗效不再提高。

摘要：目的 :探讨治疗咽瘘的有效方法。方法 :采用 3 0 %三氯醋酸烧灼瘘道内壁组织 ,再去除残渣坏死物 ,以达新鲜创面 ;然后 ,局部涂用湿润烧伤膏 ,咽瘘口用蝶形胶布粘贴封闭 ,每 3天 -5天换药一次。结果 :瘘道闭合最短 1 4天 ,最长 3 0天。结论 :3 0 %三氯醋酸烧灼后外涂湿润烧伤膏治疗咽瘘疗效显著
