摘要：作者总结了1989—1991年230例住院病人丙氨酸氨基转移酶AlanineTransaminase(ALT)的变化,发现ALT的升高不仅与烧伤本身有关,而且与药物及病毒性肝炎有关。

摘要：自1987年7月至1993年7月，五年来我们中心共收治住院烧伤病人919例，全部采用MEBO治疗。作者共统计185例烧伤面积在30％以上、创面在深Ⅱ度烧伤病人的体温变化，病人早期发热，只要不超过39℃，从理论到实践认识到是一种必然现象。有利于发挥MEBO治疗作用，促使淤滞带组织复活，加快坏死组织分解，使血循环加速，减少局部毛细血管栓塞，促使肉芽组织生长，加速上皮细胞分裂再生，从而使创面愈合较快，所以说应用MEBO治疗烧伤创面，病人体温升高变化是益大于害。

摘要：对于微循环的研究吁以追溯到17世纪初叶,但是“微循环”(Microcirculation)一词的首次使用是从1954年在美国召开的第一届微循环生理学和病理学国际会议上开始的。尔后30多年在世界范围内出现了由许多学者包括医务人员参加的研究微循环的热潮。特别是近20年来微循环的研究逐渐走出了实验室。当然,烧伤后的微循环变化也自然成了临床医学中一项不可缺少的研究课题。 The article sums up research achievements on microcirculation of the wound at the early stage, expounds and proves the managing principle of the burn wound with the "Method" and "Medi-cine", a dialetic rule of the Chinese medicine.
