摘要：The presence of necrotic tissue is one of the major problems that affect healing of burn wounds. The present study was designed to find the effectiveness of collagenase versus moist exposed burn ointment (MEBO) on removal of necrotic tissue of burns. Twenty mice randomly assigned and divided into four groups. For Group 1, burn wounds were treated with collagenase ointment only, Group 2 burn wounds were treated with MEBO, Group 3 burn wounds were treated with white vaseline alone, and Group 4 burn wounds were considered as control and left without treatment. In each group, the time of treatment was considered. The results indicated that the removal time of necrotic tissue and healing process was better in the case of using collagenase than using MEBO for treatment of burns.

摘要：目的 分析将CO_2点阵激光和湿润烧伤膏用于创伤性瘢痕治疗中的效果。方法 从2021年3月-2022年3月的创伤性瘢痕患者中随机抽取72例，双盲法均分为A组（CO_2点阵激光）和B组（CO_2点阵激光+湿润烧伤膏），对比两组疗效。结果 B组治疗有效率、不良反应发生率为97.22%、5.56%较A组的80.56%、25.00%更优（X25.062、5.257,p0.024、0.021）；B组治疗后治疗效果指标[瘢痕评分（4.41±2.03）分、疼痛评分（2.36±0.59）分、ECCA权重评分（21.15±5.63）分]优于A组的[瘢痕评分（6.59±1.83）分、疼痛评分（3.68±0.72）分、ECCA权重评分（26.84±5.95）分]（t4.785、8.508、4.167，p均0.000）；B组瘢痕指标[疼痛持续时间（2.31±0.67）h、脱痂时间（5.41±1.03）h、疮面愈合时间（8.23±2.14）d]优于A组的[疼痛持续时间（3.34±0.86）h、脱痂时间（6.49±1.15）h、疮面愈合时间（10.56±2.53）d]（t5.668、4.197、4.218，p均0.000）；B组生活质量评分[躯体功能（88.23±5.31）分、社会功能（88.29±5.26）分、生理功能（88.41±5.67）分、心理功能（88.37±5.34）分]高于A组的[躯体功能（81.12±4.52）分、社会功能（81.68±4.71）分、生理功能（81.39±4.58）分、心理功能（81.32±4.68）分]（t6.117、5.617、5.778、5.957，p均0.000）。结论 将CO_2点阵激光和湿润烧伤膏用于创伤性瘢痕患者治疗中，能缩短愈合时间，提高愈合效果和生活品质。
