摘要：目的研究和探索不同外用药对深Ⅱ度感染创面的治疗效果。方法磺胺嘧啶银(SD-Ag)粉和MEBO调合剂治疗深Ⅱ度感染创面200例,采用SD-Ag乳膏治疗230例,单独外用MEBO治疗210例。结果 SD-Ag粉和MEBO调合剂治疗组伤后平均愈合时间(26±5.0)d,4例深Ⅱ度创面转为Ⅲ度肉芽创面;MEBO治疗组伤后平均愈合时间(30±4.5)d,12例深Ⅱ度创面转为Ⅲ度肉芽创面,SD-Ag治疗组伤后平均愈合时间(35±5.6)d,30例深Ⅱ度创面转归为Ⅲ度肉芽创面。三组患者在自愈率和创面转归上存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论较单独外用MEBO、SD-Ag乳膏治疗深Ⅱ度烧烫伤感染创面,SD-Ag与MEBO调合治疗能有效缩短创面愈合时间,减少残余肉芽创面转归。

摘要：目的:总结我院治疗电弧光烧伤的经验,提高治疗水平。方法:对我院81例电弧光烧伤创面的治疗情况进行总结,全部采用SD-Ag与MEBO处理创面与全身治疗相结合,以临床创面愈合情况来评定疗效。结果:81例电弧光烧伤病人的创面全部愈合。结论:SD-Ag与MEBO相结合治疗电弧光烧伤创面可促进创面愈合,减少瘢痕形成,缩短住院时间,是治疗电弧光烧伤的理想方法之一。
